Introducing the Somatic Skills and Regulation Group, an innovative and supportive offering within my mental health therapy private practice. The group sessions are designed to provide a nurturing environment where individuals can explore their nervous system states, develop practical somatic skills for regulation, and foster connections with others.

Small Group Format: Group sessions are intentionally kept small to ensure personalized attention and an intimate atmosphere. With a limited number of participants, each individual has the opportunity to engage fully, receive tailored support, and build meaningful connections with fellow group members.
